Arts-based training for Industry for 25 years.

I have been running corporate training courses for business for around 25 years, being one of the early pioneers of Arts-based training in Britain. I concentrate on Personal Impact skills, Presentations and Crucial Conversations, using the lessons that Theatre has learned over 3000 years of communicating with an audience.  This has been augmented by later qualifications in NLP and the SDI, bringing a psychological depth to the truths evident in Theatre.

  • Presentations
    • Using Powerpoint, vocal and visual delivery.

Clients include several Oil and Gas companies, Banks, Insurance Companies and Plant Machinery Specialists.  Go to www.missionperformance.com for more details.

My training events are very interactive, challenging and practical. They combine neuroscience with the human communication toolkit, games and exercises mingling with chalk and talk and roleplay. Stories and anecdotes abound, alongside research, practical exercises looking at how we all communicate best and opportunities to rehearse conversations and conflicts. Outside elements used include Neuro Linguistic Programming, the Strength Deployment Inventory and the Thomas Kilman Instrument.
